Encouraging Our Greatness is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting middle-aged Torah scholars (Talmidei Chachamim) by providing them with opportunities to apply their wisdom, leadership, and teaching abilities for the benefit of the community. Many Torah scholars have spent years immersed in study, accumulating deep knowledge and spiritual insight, yet they often lack structured avenues to share their wisdom effectively. Our mission is to bridge this gap by enabling these scholars to engage in teaching, public speaking, community leadership, life coaching, and emotional guidance. By fostering personal growth and facilitating meaningful community involvement, we ensure that their vast knowledge strengthens and uplifts Jewish communities. Our initiative begins in Neve Yaakov, where we will establish a network of scholars who will lead programs such as Torah classes, religious mentorship, emotional and personal guidance, and youth engagement. Through structured lectures, study groups, discussion forums, and leadership initiatives, these scholars will play an active role in shaping the future of their communities. As we expand, we plan to extend our reach to additional neighborhoods in Jerusalem, creating a broader impact that nurtures Jewish values and intergenerational learning.

To sustain and grow this initiative, we rely on generous donations from individuals and organizations who share our vision. Funds raised will be used to provide monthly stipends to scholars, allowing them to dedicate their time and efforts to teaching and mentorship.
